Our Music Room Has Had a Makeover

We're delighted to unveil the exciting transformation of our music room! Designed to inspire creativity, exploration and a love of music, the refreshed space has been carefully organised to create an engaging environment where every child can discover the joy of making music. 

The room now features a colourful display of instruments from around the world, each clearly labelled to help our pupils recognise and learn about different instrument families. From guitars and keyboards to drums, violins, recorders and percussion instruments, there are plenty of opportunities for pupils to explore a wide variety of sounds and musical styles.

One of the highlights of the makeover is the interactive display, which encourages our pupils to identify instruments, develop their musical vocabulary and spark conversations about how music is made. Bright visuals and accessible layouts make the room welcoming for learners of all ages and abilities.

We've also improved the organisation of our instruments, with dedicated storage and easy access to equipment. This means more time can be spent creating, performing and enjoying music together in a safe, well-prepared environment.

Music plays an important role in developing confidence, communication, teamwork and creativity, and we're proud to offer a space that reflects the enthusiasm and passion our pupils bring to every lesson.
