Red Nose Day 2026

Pupils and staff at Heron Academy came together to celebrate Red Nose Day with a fun and inclusive day of activities.

Everyone was encouraged to wear red, and it was wonderful to see so many pupils and staff joining in. The school was filled with a sense of excitement as we marked the occasion together.

As part of the day, we held a bake sale where pupils had the opportunity to buy a range of treats. This provided a valuable opportunity to practise communication and independence skills, as well as supporting a good cause.

The day was enjoyed by all and helped to raise awareness of the importance of helping others, while also creating a positive and shared experience across the school community.
